There are now two options to renew your 2011 membership, update your profile, and pay your annual membership dues:

 Option 1: BRAND NEW for 2011! User Friendly Online Renewal:

1. Please visit http://www.member.orfa.com to:

(a) review your membership profile;

(b) update your membership profile;

(c) pay your membership fee; and

(d) receive payment confirmation and renewed membership status.

2. To access your online profile and renew, please refer to 2011 mailed membership renewal correspondence or contact Sharon Dias at 416-426-7062 or admin@orfa.com  

3. You can view, update and manage your member profile at anytime during the year at http://www.member.orfa.com

Option 2: Mail/Fax Renewal:

1.       Please review the enclosed member profile sheet to ensure that the information is correct.  Clearly print any information changes/corrections on the profile sheet.

2.       Mail/fax your member profile sheet, along with payment of $550.00 plus 13% HST ($621.50), to the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association, 102-1 Concorde Gate, Toronto, Ontario, M3C 3N6, fax (416) 426-7385

3. Even though you prefer to renew by mail/fax, you can view, update and manage your member profile at anytime during the year at http://www.member.orfa.com
