Further to a prior ORFA communication regarding a Special Annual Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. please note that a dedicated virtual “Townhall Information Session” is also being scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) to review the draft By-law and provide a Q&A opportunity in advance of the special annual meeting.
