Schedule of Events

Sunday, October 25, 2026
Exhibitors move-in: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm – set-up must be completed by 5:00 pm

Monday, October 26, 2026
Exhibit hours: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm

Exhibitor Time with Event Attendees:

  • Breakfast: 7:30 am to 8:30 am
  • Morning Break: 10:00 am to 10:30 am
  • Lunch: 12 Noon to 1:00 pm
  • Afternoon Break: 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm
  • Reception: 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Exhibitors move out: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Booths

Each SINGLE booth includes:

  • Exhibit space size is 10ft W x 10ft D carpeted
  • 3ft H side wall white pipe and drape
  • One - 6ft skirted table and 2 chairs
  • Maximum of two (2) exhibit staff per booth
  • Meals, refreshment breaks, reception during tradeshow hours
  • Exhibitor name and URL on the conference webpage
Booth Fee: Single $1,495.00 plus HST    REGISTER

Each DOUBLE booth includes:

  • Exhibit space size is 20ft W x 10ft D carpeted
  • 3ft H side wall white pipe and drape
  • Two - 6ft skirted table and 4 chairs
  • Maximum of four (4) exhibit staff per booth
  • Meals, refreshment breaks, reception during tradeshow hours
  • Exhibitor name and URL on the conference webpage
Booth Fee: Double $2,990.00 plus HST    REGISTER

Floor Plan


Exhibit space is assigned based on the date of the application and full payment received and accepted. Booth allocations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The ORFA reserves the right to determine the final allocation of exhibit space.
